WHICH COURSE?

 

DISCOVERY: for absolute beginners.

 

ACHIEVER: for those with some level of swimming skill. Please consult the table below.

 

WHICH LESSON DURATION (30/45 mins)? Please consider the following:

 

1. What are my fitness/focus levels like? Swimming is very different to land fitness!

Consider 30 mins if you get tired easily. 

 

2. Am I really nervous of water?

If so, consider 45 mins to allow time for water familiarisation.

 

3. Do I want to learn all strokes (3) or just 1 (ie. to simply be confident to move safely in water)? 

If just 1, consider 30 mins as exercises will otherwise get very repetitive.
